Even the best of us at some time in our lives struggle to find direction in our careers. You could be a company director but feel that something needs to change to give you even more success, to get you on the next rung with regards to position, salary or company. Perhaps you are at a crossroads and need to make a decision whether to continue with your current company. Maybe you have hit that point where you are unsure that the career you chose in your late teens or early twenties is what you want to do in your 40s.

Colin Matthews has achieved success in business as a software consultant with Microsoft Corporation and with companies such as Reuters, Credit Suisse and NatWest. He changed career at 40 to become a psychologist and is now able to offer you his business and psychology skills to help you make the best decisions for you and your family.

At your initial consultation you will be asked to complete a personality questionnaire. The answers you give will help decide how good a match your current job is for your personality. At your follow-up consultation, Colin will discuss your answers with you, helping you gain valuable insight into why you might do well in some areas but struggle in others. After this consultation, he will give you a report summarising your personality characteristics and indicating areas of strength and of training needs, where applicable.

You can simply choose to use these two consultations and the report to help you make the decisions that best suit you or you can have as few or as many additional one-to-one consultations as you feel are necessary to help you achieve your goals.
