Workshops for staff not specialised in mental health include:

1. Understanding common mental health issues (½ day)
2. Active listening: helping you ask your patients the right questions (½ day)
3. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: what is it and how does it work? (1 day)
4. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy: models of anxiety (GAD, phobia, OCD) & depression (1 day)
5. Mother-Baby relationships: effect of attachment style on emotions and behaviour (1 day)

Cost of workshops is £55 per half day per person. Lunch is not included but can be arranged at additional cost. All workshops can be held at your own premises if required.

If you wish to do workshop 4, you must do workshop 3 first or have previous knowledge of CBT. If you require a course not listed above, please enquire as it may be possible for us to arrange one to suit your need.

Workshops generally run quarterly and are limited to 14 people.
