Individual TherapyTherapy is a process through which you can begin to understand more about yourself, the way you think, how you see yourself, how you see others, the way you behave and so on. You can use this understanding to make changes in your life that will lead to better outcomes for you and your family. You might wish to use therapy to discuss issues in the past, a specific event for example, what your childhood was like or a difficult relationship. On the other hand, you might want to concentrate on what is happening in your life right now. Your psychologist will help you explore any issues you bring to therapy and help you achieve your goals for the therapy. What issues you bring is up to you. You decide how many appointments you might want, how often you meet and what you want to achieve. Therapy appointments can be arranged at times, days and frequencies to suit you. Generally, Colin would be able to see you from 9am through to 9pm, Monday to Friday. All appointments are 50 minutes.
