In addition to being a qualified psychologist, Colin ran his own successful software company for 16 years and, consequently, has hands-on experience of business, project and people management from shop floor to board level. He was an associate consultant with Microsoft and also worked with other highly respected companies such as Reuters, NatWest and ICL.

Qualified in Occupational Testing (Level A and B), he has recently been involved with a large recruitment campaign for the Home Office, validating candidates prior to interview and administrating Assessment Clinics.
