Referral Procedures

Colin Matthews accepts referrals from any health professional including dedicated mental health professionals.

You can refer by letter to:

Letters should state the reason for the referral and give as much relevant detail as possible. You should provide the name and date of birth of the person being referred and contact details. In the case of children under 16, you should provide contact details for a relevant carer.
